My friends, Jason and Andrea, owners of the Organic Bloom Frame company, just had Baby Bloom #3 – it’s their third baby in three years. And lucky me, I got to photograph all three as newborns.
Here’s Poppy….. she looks a lot like Jason’s mother if you ask me. Same shape face. She was a little doll baby for our photo session.
I’ll start by posting my favorite images from her session – this is one of my favorite colors. The sweet fluff is from Oh So Fleeting and this color is to die for…. It goes beautifully with the little bubble (from one of my sweaters – repurposed) and headband from Stirlings Flowers. The great thing about Stirling is that she custom makes items so if you love quality headbands, message her.

The next photo is one I call Oatmeal Fluff – more of this super soft fluffy
stuff, an adorable as can be romper with coordinating headband….. isn’t she just SQUEEZABLE!?
This next prop image features a sweet bed from Turtle Pond Works (super sturdy and high quality) and some vintage finds I probably got with Andrea on one of our many antique shopping trips. The little baby pants are from Post Box.

The next image features a sweet, delicate headband from Stirling – just precious with this multi colored wrap from Nicole at Persnicketys Knits – she is wonderful at what she does.

Another delicate wrap from Persnickety’s, with a darling little headband. Simple and sweet.
Sweet little Poppy wearing a little Hippie Headband by Stirlings Flowers… just look at those cheeks!
Poppy looks great in color – this purple suits her beautifully. She’s like her sister Ellie – likes to be wrapped up tight.
Lastly, another pop of color – one of my favorite colors – deep aqua. This hat was made by Nancy who owns
Ewe Baby – another fabulous knitter who I get the majority of my knitted goods from. She makes quality and loves to
work on new designs with me.
There are more images of little Poppy – but these were my favorites. I hope you enjoyed them.
Please feel free to leave a comment –
we love reading them.
If you are expecting or know someone who is – I would love to take their maternity images as well as newborn images.
